📣 Hiring   Senior Graphic Designer Job Type Full-time Min Salary ($700-800) - Monday -Friday time: 8am -5pm - Follow Khmer Public Holiday -Annual Leave 21 days -Medical Leave 14 days Key Responsibilities – Conceptualize and produce high-quality visual assets for social media ads, digital campaigns, and branded content – Design and iterate on creative across multiple formats: static, animated, video, and interactive – Create motion graphics and short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta Ads – Integrate AI-powered tools into daily creative workflows to accelerate production and unlock new visual directions – Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and copy teams to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives – Maintain brand consistency while continuously evolving the visual language of the company – Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality Requirement A. Experience – 3–5+ years in graphic design – Proven social media ad portfolio – Performance creative (CTR-optimized) – Brand identity background preferred B. Design Skills & Tools – Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Pr, Ae) – Figma / design systems – Video editing & post-production – Motion design & animation C. AI Tools Proficiency – Kling AI – Google AI Suite (Veo, Gemini, ImageFX) – Seedance & SeeDream 4.5 – Midjourney / Stable Diffusion / Runway D.
