2026年10月23日，柬埔寨外交与国际合作部国务秘书棉金兴（Meas Kim Heng）率团前往英国伦敦，与英国外交、联邦及发展办公室亚太司司长马克·古丁（Mark Gooding）共同主持了第四次柬英双边政治磋商。
双方在会谈中回顾并讨论了柬英双边关系的整体发展情况。合作领域涵盖安全、贸易、投资及发展合作，具体包括教育、医疗卫生、扫雷、环境保护与气候变化、旅游业以及民间交流等多个方面。双方一致认为，上述领域的合作正呈现稳步增长态势。
此外，双方还就多边合作框架下的议题，以及共同关心的地区和国际事务交换了意见。
通过此次磋商，双方对现有的双边关系给予高度评价，并承诺将共同努力，进一步深化两国间的伙伴关系。

On 23 October 2026, H.E. Meas Kim Heng, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, led a Cambodian delegation to attend and co-chair the 4th Cambodia-UK Bilateral Political Consultations in London. H.E. Mark Gooding, Director for Asia-Pacific, Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, headed the delegation of the United Kingdom and Co-Chair of the Meeting.
Both sides discussed the overall landscape of Cambodia-UK bilateral relations—covering sectors of common interest, such as security, trade, investment, development cooperation, including education, healthcare, demining, environment and climate change, tourism, and people-to-people contacts, which are showing steady progress. Both parties also exchanged views on multilateral cooperation, as well as regional and international issues of common interest and concerns.
Through these consultations, both sides highly valued the bilateral relationship between Cambodia and the UK and pledged to work closely together towards further deepening the partnership between the two countries.
