MKB公司现面向金边招聘销售经理，岗位性质为全职。
岗位职责包括：领导并管理销售团队以达成或超越销售目标；制定并实施业务战略计划；负责团队成员的招聘、培训、指导及绩效监控；维护并拓展客户关系；编制销售、收入、支出报告及业务预测；分析市场趋势与竞争对手动态；全程把控从规划到成交的销售流程；为团队提供专业指导。
应聘要求如下：需持有销售、工商管理或相关专业的学士或硕士学位；具备至少3年销售经理工作经验；熟悉体育与生活方式行业；具备优秀的领导力、沟通协作能力、分析解决问题能力以及时间管理与组织能力；拥有持续达成或超越销售目标的过往业绩证明。
薪资待遇面议。工作地点位于柬埔寨金边。
