海外博彩平台现面向巴基斯坦、印度及孟加拉国籍人士招聘远程电话销售专员及回访专员。
岗位职责：
1. 电话销售专员：负责外呼客户，引导其在博彩平台注册。
2. 回访专员：负责联系现有客户，通过提供公司优惠活动促使其重新活跃。
薪资福利：
1. 巴基斯坦及孟加拉籍：底薪220 USDT，另设25 USDT全勤奖。
2. 印度籍：底薪30,000 INR。
3. 佣金制度：试用期内每位有效玩家奖励20 USDT（目标11位）。转正后，12至20位有效玩家每位奖励20 USDT，21位以上每位奖励40 USDT，佣金上不封顶。
4. 结算方式：薪资以USDT形式结算。
工作要求：
1. 必须自备笔记本电脑及耳机，面试需通过Google Meet进行视频通话。
2. 公司提供所有客户数据及呼叫软件，并提供入职培训。
3. 工作时间：印度时间上午11点至晚上8点（含1小时休息时间），每周六固定休息。

💰 Base Salary: 220 USDT + 25 USDT Full Attendance Bonus for PAKISTAN and Bangladesh
For indian nationality 🇮🇳 the salary is

Two positions available
1- Telesales Agent ( Have to call to clients to register on our gaming platform)
2- Recall Officer ( Have to call to existing clients to rejoin the company by giving them different company offers )

Probation
