The CSX Index closed the month at 541.02 points, bringing its gain over the first eight months of 2026 to nearly 28 percent. The index reached 560.09 points on August 26, its highest level since March 2022, as increased institutional participation and stronger corporate results helped lift market confidence. Daily Trading Value Jumps Nearly 300 Percent Average daily trading value climbed to KHR 3.18 billion, equivalent to almost $800,000, during August. That represented an increase of approximately 300 percent compared with the average recorded during the first seven months of the year.
