柬缅签署四项双边协议 涵盖税务投资及媒体合作

សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃកម្ពុជា អញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាអធិបតីភាពជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម មីន អោង ឡាំង (Min Aung Hlaing) ប្រធានាធិបតី នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសហភាពមីយ៉ាន់ម៉ា ក្នុងពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាលើឯកសារចំនួន០៤៖ ១. កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងរវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋ សហភាពមីយ៉ាន់ម៉ា ស្តីពីការលុបបំបាត់ការយកពន្ធត្រួតគ្នាពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងពន្ធលើប្រាក់ចំណូល និងការបង្ការការគេចវេះពន្ធនិងការចៀសវាងពន្ធ។ ២. កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងរវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋ សហភាពមីយ៉ាន់ម៉ា ស្តីពីការជំរុញ និងការការពារទៅវិញទៅមកនៃវិនិយោគ។ ៣. វិសោធនកម្មកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យវប្បធម៌ រវាងក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈនៃរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងក្រសួងវប្បធម៌, សណ្ឋាគារ និងទេសចរណ៍ នៃ រដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសហភាពមីយ៉ាន់ម៉ា។ ៤. អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា រវាងរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃ សាធារណរដ្ឋសហភាពមីយ៉ាន់ម៉ា ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យព័ត៌មាន និងប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយ។ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ រសៀលថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី១១ កញ្ញា ២០២៦ His Excellency Min Aung Hlaing, President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, and I witnessed the signing of four documents as follows: 1. Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar for the Elimination of Double Taxation with Respect to Taxes on Income and the Prevention of Tax Evasion and Avoidance. 2. Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar on the Reciprocal Promotion and Protection of Investments. 3. Amendment to the Agreement on Cultural Cooperation between the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts of the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Ministry of Culture, Hotels and Tourism of the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. 4. Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar on Media and Information Cooperation.
