柬澳举行第六次高级官员磋商 深化双边外交合作

ថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ **ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត អ៊ុន ឃាង **រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងការបរទេស និង សហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិកម្ពុជា និង**លោកជំទាវ មីឆេល ចាន់** អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងការបរទេស និងពាណិជ្ជកម្មអូស្ត្រាលី បានធ្វើជាសហប្រធានដឹកនាំកិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់ថ្នាក់ឧត្តមមន្ត្រី លើកទី៦ នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ កិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់នេះ មានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធកម្ពុជាចំនួន ៩ ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតអូស្រ្តាលីប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងមន្រ្តីនៃស្ថានទូតអូស្ត្រាលីប្រចាំកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។     ភាគីទាំងពីរបានសម្តែងការពេញចិត្ត ចំពោះការវិវត្តជាវិជ្ជមាននៃទំនាក់ទំនងដ៏យូរអង្វែងនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ព្រមទាំងបានរិះរកមធ្យោបាយនានា ដើម្បីពង្រឹងនិងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការបន្ថែមទៀតលើវិស័យអាទិភាពរួមមាន សេដ្ឋកិច្ច ពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងវិនិយោគ ការពារជាតិនិងសន្តិសុខ កសិកម្ម កសិ-ឧស្សាហកម្ម ថាមពលស្អាត អប់រំ និងការបោសសម្អាតមីន។ ភាគីទាំងពីរក៏បានផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនៈលើបញ្ហាតំបន់ និងអន្តរជាតិ រួមទាំងបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពស្ថានការណ៍តាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ។ **ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត អ៊ុន ឃាង** បានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងការដោះស្រាយជម្លោះព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃដោយសន្តិវិធី ស្របតាមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ និងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងដែលមានស្រាប់។ ភាគីទាំងពីរ ក៏បានពិភាក្សាអំពីគម្រោងរៀបចំសកម្មភាពរួម ដើម្បីអបអរសាទរខួបលើកទី៧៥ឆ្នាំនៃការបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងការទូតកម្ពុជា-អូស្រ្តាលី នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៧ខាងមុខ។ ចុងបញ្ចប់នៃកិច្ចពិភាក្សា ភាគីទាំងពីរបានឯកភាពគ្នារៀបចំកិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់ថ្នាក់ឧត្តមមន្រ្តីកម្ពុជា-អូស្រ្តាលី លើកទី៧ នៅឆ្នាំ២០២៧ នៅប្រទេសអូស្រ្តាលី។   On 11 September 2026, **His Excellency Dr. UN Kheang**, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and **Her Excellency Michelle Chan**, Deputy Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Australia, co-chaired the Sixth Senior Officials’ Talks in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Representatives from nine relevant Cambodian ministries and institutions, the Australian Ambassador to Cambodia, and officials from the Australian Embassy also attended. The two sides expressed satisfaction with the positive development of the longstanding relations between the two countries and explored ways to further strengthen and expand cooperation in priority areas, including the economy, trade and investment, defense and security, agriculture and agro-industry, clean energy, education, and mine clearance. They also exchanged views on regional and international issues, including the latest developments along the Cambodia–Thailand border. **His Excellency Dr. UN Kheang** reaffirmed Cambodia’s commitment to resolving the border dispute peacefully, in accordance with international law and existing agreements. The two sides also discussed plans for joint activities to commemorate the 75th anniversary of Cambodia–Australia diplomatic relations in 2027. At the conclusion of the discussions, both sides agreed to hold the 7th Senior Officials’ Talks in Australia.
