During the meeting, **Her Excellency the Permanent Secretary of State** and** His Excellency the Ambassador **expressed satisfaction with the progress of Cambodia-Uruguay bilateral relations and reaffirmed their shared commitment to further expanding and strengthening relations and cooperation in areas of mutual interest, including trade and investment, culture, tourism, sports, and agriculture. Both sides also​​ agreed to enhance cooperation between the two countries on multilateral fora and reaffirmed their respect for international law and the principles enshrined in the UN Charter.
