The minister noted that the technical teams have made steady headway across multiple essential phases of construction. The complex engineering operations completed so far include foundational piling works, the strategic placement of sandbags utilizing specialized geotextile sheets for lower-tier stabilization, and the arrangement of protective stone gabions. Additionally, crews have poured concrete beams to secure the foundation, prepared the structural soil for slope paving, constructed a concrete service road, installed safety railings, and executed extensive concrete slope pouring.
