Job Description: Operation Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee overall factory operations including Production, Maintenance and Quality
• Develop and implement production plans aligned with company objectives
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, environmental, and quality regulations
• Control production operating costs and optimize resource utilization
• Lead, manage, and evaluate department managers, supervisors and workers
• Ensure proper maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, quality, downtime, waste, and safety
• Report production performance to top management regularly daily, weekly and monthly
• Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence
• Handle audits, inspections, and government or customer requirements
• Promote a culture of safety, discipline, and teamwork
