工作地点：缅甸（泰缅边境缅甸一侧）
岗位性质：全职
岗位要求：
1. 年龄不超过32岁。
2. 英语流利，具备优秀的英语沟通能力。
3. 招聘对象为除缅甸籍以外的所有国籍人士。
薪资待遇：
1. 月薪850美元（底薪750美元+全勤奖100美元）。
2. 薪资发放时间：每月15日发放底薪，25日发放佣金。
3. 公司提供食宿。
4. 如遇紧急情况或急需用钱，公司可提供借款或预支薪资。
考核与晋升：
1. 试用期为10天，试用期内无薪资。
2. 入职满3个月后，需达成每月5000美元的业绩目标。若未达标，薪资将减半至425美元；若达成目标，可获得全额薪资及佣金。
3. 公司根据员工个人能力提供晋升机会。
合同条款：
1. 合同期限为一年。
2. 若未满一年离职，需偿还所有相关费用方可申请辞职。
3. 满一年后，公司承担回国费用及其他相关开支。
公司现有员工100人，团队成员来自印度、斯里兰卡、菲律宾等多个国家。

**__All Nationalities ( except Myanmar )__**
**__1. Age cannot exceed 32 years old.__**
**__2. Must have excellent English skills.__**
**__3. The company provides a base salary of 750 USD and a full attendance bonus of 100 USD (850 USD per month).__**
**__4. The company has a 10-day probationary period. No salary is paid during the probationary period. After 10 days probation the salary is normal caculate.__**
**__5. After three months, the company requires employees to achieve a monthly income target of $5000 USD. If the target is not met, the salary will be halved (850/2 = $425 USD).__**
**__6. If the company's target is achieved, the employee will receive full salary plus commission.__**
**__7. The company provides excellent food and accommodation.__**
**__8. The company will promote employees based on their abilities.__**
**__9. The company offers a one-year contract.__**
**__10. If the contract did not complete one year , all outstanding fees must be repaid and apply for the resigning.__**
**__11. After one year of employment, the company will cover the cost of repatriation and all other expenses.__**
