The government-supported Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) programme has surpassed its initial target of certifying 10,000 former Cambodian migrant workers from Thailand in the construction sector, more than eight months ahead of the original deadline, Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT) spokesman Sun Mesa said.
