នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកជំទាវ ជ្រឹង បុទុមរង្សី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ សុខុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានចូលរួមជាភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយស និងថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាបើក ក្នុងវេទិកា Asia-Pacific Executive Business Leader Forum ២០២៦ នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ដែលរៀបចំដោយសមាគមសហគ្រិនសកល ១ភាគរយ និងមានអ្នកចូលរួម៥៨១នាក់ មកពី១៩ប្រទេស ក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ាន និងអាស៊ីប៉ាស៊ីហ្វិក។ នៅក្នុងសុន្ទរកថាបើក លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីកំណើនតួនាទីនៃតំបន់អាស៊ីប៉ាស៊ីហ្វិកក្នុងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចពិភពលោក ព្រមទាំងបានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់កម្ពុជាចំពោះការបើកចំហ និងការផ្ដល់បរិយាកាសងាយស្រួលសម្រាប់វិនិយោគិន ដែលគាំទ្រដោយការទូតសេដ្ឋកិច្ចដ៏សកម្មក្នុងការពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយដៃគូអន្តរជាតិ។ On the afternoon of 4 April 2026, Her Excellency CHRING Botumrangsay, Secretary of State and High Representative of His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, attended as the Guest of Honor and delivered opening remarks at the Asia-Pacific Executive Business Leader Forum 2026 in Phnom Penh, organized by the Association of Global Entrepreneur 1%, which convened 581 delegates from 19 countries across ASEAN and the Asia-Pacific. In her remarks, Her Excellency the Secretary of State highlighted the growing role of the Asia-Pacific region in the global economy and reaffirmed Cambodia’s commitment to an open, investor-friendly environment, supported by active economic diplomacy to strengthen linkages with international partners.
