**New Hiring!** **We are looking for the qualified candidate the following:** **Barista Specialist (1post only male) **:**$400–$450** **Requirements:** 2–3 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar position Good knowledge of coffee, beverages, and barista techniques Able to travel to provinces when required Good communication and customer service skills Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn Able to work independently and as part of a team Experience in training or coaching other baristas is an advantage **Key Responsibilities:** Prepare coffee and other beverages according to company standards Maintain beverage quality and consistency Support the development and improvement of beverage menus Train and guide barista staff when required Monitor equipment, ingredients, and hygiene standards Travel to provincial branches to support operations and training Coordinate with R&D/Operations teams on new beverage products and recipes
