商务部举办RIA能力建设研讨会 获亚洲开发银行技术支持

(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី២៤ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នេះ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្តម បួន សារៈមុនី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារវាយតម្លៃផលប៉ះពាល់នៃលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្ត (RIA) បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើក «សិក្ខាសាលាកសាងសមត្ថភាព ជូនដល់ក្រុមការងារវាយតម្លៃផលប៉ះពាល់នៃលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្ត (RIA) របស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម» ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីរាជការនៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម សរុបប្រមាណ ៦០រូប។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្រោមការគាំទ្របច្ចេកទេសពី ធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាស៊ី (ADB) ក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពមន្ត្រីរាជការ ជាសមាជិកក្រុមការងារ RIA និងមន្ត្រីពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការរៀបចំលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តនៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម លើការអនុវត្តយន្តការ RIA ស្របតាមវិធីសាស្ត្រ «រៀនផង អនុវត្តផង» ក្នុងការរៀបចំ និងតាក់តែងរបាយការណ៍ RIA។ --- (Phnom Penh): On the morning of Monday, 24 August 2026, at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency BOUN Sarakmony, Secretary of State of State of the Ministry of Commerce, and Chair of the Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) Working Group, presided over the opening ceremony of the “Capacity-Building Workshop for the Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) Working Group of the Ministry of Commerce.” The workshop was attended by approximately 60 officials and leaders from the Ministry of Commerce. The workshop was organized with technical support from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to strengthen the capacity of officials who are members of the RIA Working Group and those involved in preparing regulatory instruments for the Ministry of Commerce.
