据《金边邮报》报道，柬埔寨经济财政部发布最新数据，2026年第一季度，柬埔寨政府与发展合作伙伴签署了总额超过9000万美元的新优惠贷款协议。
在债务偿还方面，该季度政府向发展合作伙伴支付的债务本息总额超过2.8亿美元。与去年同期相比，政府债务偿还额增长了18%。

**Government loan agreements, debt repayments steady in Q1, debt servicing up 18%**
Cambodia’s public debt situation remains in a healthy state, according to the Ministry of Economy and Finance. In the first quarter of 2026, the government signed new concessional loan agreements with development partners totalling more than $90 million. At the same time, however, the government repaid more than $280 million in debt service to its development partners.
