柬埔寨与俄罗斯庆祝建交70周年 外交部举办纪念招待会

នៅល្ងាចថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ក្នុងពិធីជប់លៀងនៅសណ្ឋាគារ Raffles Le Royal ដែលរៀបចំដោយក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ​ ដើម្បីអបអរសាទរខួបលើកទី៧០ នៃការបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងការទូតរវាងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ី។ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងឯកឧត្តម Anatoly Borovik ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតរុស្ស៊ីប្រចាំកម្ពុជា បានសម្តែង ការពេញចិត្តចំពោះចំណងមិត្តភាពដ៏យូរអង្វែងជាប្រពៃណី និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏ល្អរវាងកម្ពុជា និងរុស្ស៊ី អស់រយៈពេល៧០ឆ្នាំកន្លងមកនេះ ដែលបានគ្របដណ្តប់ស្ទើរគ្រប់វិស័យ ជាពិសេសកិច្ចសន្ទនា និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនកិច្ចកម្រិតខ្ពស់រវាងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។ ពិធីជប់លៀងនេះ គឺជាសកម្មភាពរួមគ្នាប្រកបដោយអត្ថន័យមួយក្នុងចំណោមសកម្មភាពរួមគ្នាជាច្រើនទៀត ដែលបានផ្តួចផ្តើមឡើងដោយក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ និងស្ថានទូតសហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ីប្រចាំនៅកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីរំលឹកខួបលើកទី៧០ នៃទំនាក់ទំនងការទូតរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ។ ឥស្សរជនជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំមកពីស្ថាប័ននីតិប្បញ្ញត្តិ ក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធនៃរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងមន្រ្តីការទូតពីស្ថានទូតរុស្ស៊ីប្រចាំកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសក្នុងកម្មពិធីដ៏វិសេសនេះ។ On the evening of 13 May 2026, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, presided over a Cocktail Reception at Hotel Raffles Le Royal, hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Russian Federation. At the Reception, both His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister and His Excellency Anatoly Borovik, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Cambodia, expressed satisfactions with the longstanding traditional friendship as well as the excellent cooperation between Cambodia and Russia over the past 70 years across various sectors, particularly the high-level interactions and exchanges between leaders of the two countries. The reception is one of many meaningful joint activities initiated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Embassy of the Russian Federation to Cambodia to commemorate the significant milestone of marking 70 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries. Distinguished guests from the legislative bodies, line ministries of the Royal Government of Cambodia, and diplomats from the Embassy of the Russian Federation participated in this special event.
