អបអរសាទរ ទិវាអន្តរជាតិប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងគ្រឿងញៀន ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «រួមគ្នាឆ្លើយតបបញ្ហាគ្រឿងញៀនក្នុងបរិបទថ្មី ប្រកបដោយភាពច្នៃប្រឌិត» ឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងបរិបទសកលលោក ដែលប្រកបទៅដោយកត្តាមិនអំណោយផល និងបញ្ហាអសន្តិសុខយ៉ាងច្រើនអនេក និងបើទោះបីជាកម្ពុជាទទួលរងនូវការឈ្លានពានបូរណភាពទឹកដី និងរំលោភអធិបតេយ្យជាតិ ពីសំណាក់ប្រទេសជិតខាងក៏ដោយ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាក៏នៅតែចាត់ទុកបញ្ហាសន្តិសុខនិងសុវត្ថិភាពសង្គម គឺជាកត្តាកំណត់សេចក្តីសុខក្សេមក្សាន្ត និងភាពសុខដុមរមនារបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ តាមរយៈការដាក់ចេញគោលនយោបាយ យុទ្ធសាស្រ្តមុតស្រួច និងបទបញ្ជាម៉ឺងម៉ាត់នានា ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបនិងដោះស្រាយរាល់បទល្មើសគ្រប់ប្រភេទ ទាំងបទល្មើសប្រពៃណី និងមិនប្រពៃណី រួមទាំងបទឧក្រិដ្ឋគ្រឿងញៀនផងដែរ ដោយក្នុងនោះ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ដែលមានអាជ្ញាធរជាតិប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងគ្រឿងញៀនជាសេនាធិការ បានខិតខំឆ្លើយតបយ៉ាងសកម្មឈ្មូសឈ្នួលទៅនឹងបញ្ហានេះ ដោយប្រើប្រាស់គ្រប់មធ្យោបាយ យុទ្ធវិធី និងវិធានការប្រកបដោយភាពច្នៃប្រឌិតខ្ពស់ ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបឱ្យសមស្របទៅនឹងបរិការណ៍ពិភពលោកដែលវិវឌ្ឍដ៏សែនលឿនរហ័សខុសពីការរំពឹងទុក ជាពិសេសឈរលើ គោលការណ៍រួបរួមគ្នាពីកម្លាំងចលករគ្រប់វិស័យ ក្រោមស្មារតីក្នុងការចាត់ទុកបេសកកម្មប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងគ្រឿងញៀន ជាទំនួលខុសត្រូវរួមរបស់សង្គមជាតិទាំងមូល។ ២៦ មិថុនា ២០២៦ Celebrating the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, under the theme “Together, Innovatively Responding to Drug Issues in the New Context” In response to a global environment, which is marked by unfavorable conditions and numerous security challenges, and despite facing challenges to territorial integrity and national sovereignty, the Royal Government of Cambodia continues to regard social security and public safety as essential determinants of its citizens’ well-being and harmony. Accordingly, the government has adopted decisive policies, strategies, and strict regulations to prevent and combat all forms of crime, both traditional and non-traditional, including drug-related offenses. In this regard, the Royal Government, with the National Authority for Combating Drugs serving as the coordinating agency, has actively addressed the drug issue through comprehensive and highly innovative strategies that are responsive to and align with the rapidly evolving global environment.
