The Ministry of Commerce (MoC) and the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Cambodia (CCIFC) yesterday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to jointly organise the 3rd Cambodia-France Business Forum, which is expected to bring together more than 400 companies and business leaders in November.
