34名柬埔寨留学生获俄政府奖学金 即将赴俄深造

នៅរសៀល ថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកជំទាវ ផែន សាវនី អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ សុខុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានទទួលជួបសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយក្រុមនិស្សិតកម្ពុជា ៣៤ រូប ដែលជាជ័យលាភីអាហារូបករណ៍នៃរដ្ឋាភិបាលសហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ី និងត្រៀមចេញទៅបន្តការសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រ បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ នៅតាមសកលវិទ្យាល័យនានា នៅសហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ី លើជំនាញផ្សេងៗ ដូចជា ទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ សេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងទន្តសាស្រ្ត វិស្វកម្មយន្តហោះ ជាដើម។ ក្នុងជំនួប លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ មានប្រសាសន៍ណែនាំដល់ក្រុមនិស្សិតទាំងអស់ឱ្យព្យាយាមសិក្សារៀនសូត្រ ក្រេបយកចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍ថ្មីៗឱ្យបានច្រើន ហើយពាំនាំនូវចំណេះដឹងទាំងនោះមកអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសជាតិវិញនៅពេលបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សា។ លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យនិស្សិតគ្រប់រូបចូលរួមចំណែកលើកតម្កើងកិត្តិយសជាតិ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយអំពីវប្បធម៌ខ្មែរទៅកាន់ពិភពលោក។ លើសពីនេះ លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក៏បានចែករំលែកព័ត៌មានមួយចំនួនអំពីសហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ីដល់ក្រុមនិស្សិត និងបានគូសបញ្ជាក់អំពីទំនាក់ទំនងមិត្តភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏ល្អប្រសើររវាងកម្ពុជា និងសហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ី រយៈពេល៧ទស្សវត្សរ៍កន្លងមក។ ជាចុងបញ្ចប់ លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានជូនពរក្រុមនិស្សិតទាំងអស់ធ្វើដំណើរទៅកាន់សហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ីប្រកបដោយសុវត្ថិភាព និងទទួលបានជោគជ័យក្នុងការសិក្សា។ On the afternoon of August 26, 2026, Her Excellency PHEN Savny, Under Secretary of State, High Representative of His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call from 34 Cambodian students who are scholarship recipients of the Government of the Russian Federation and are set to pursue their undergraduate and graduate studies at various universities in the Russian Federation in various fields, including international relations, economics, dentistry, aerospace engineering, etc. During the meeting, Her Excellency the Under Secretary of State encouraged the students to be diligent in their studies to acquire new knowledge and skills, and to bring that knowledge back to contribute to Cambodia’s national development upon the completion of their studies. She also urged them to enhance Cambodia’s image and prestige and promote Cambodian culture to the world. In addition, Her Excellency Under Secretary of State provided the students with an overview of the Russian Federation and highlighted the excellent relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries, which have developed steadily over the past seven decades. Her Excellency the Under Secretary of State concluded the meeting by wishing all students a safe journey to the Russian Federation and every success in their academic pursuits.
