[English Below] ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហួត ហាក់ អញ្ជើញគោរពវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធ លោកវរសេនីយ៍ត្រី យ៉ែម លឹង វីរយុទ្ធជនដែលបានពលីជីវិតនៅលើសមរភូមិប្រយុទ្ធជាមួយកងកម្លាំងឈ្លានពានដែនអធិបតេយ្យភាពកម្ពុជា ស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ៖ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ បានដឹកនាំក្រុមការងារ អញ្ជើញដាក់កម្រងផ្កាគោរពវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធ លោកវរសេនីយ៍ត្រី យ៉ែម លឹង ឈរជើងតំបន់អូជុយ ស្រុកជាំក្សាន្ត ខេត្តព្រះវិហារ អង្គភាពកងពលលេខ៩ វរៈ៣៩២ ដែលបានពលីជីវិតនៅថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយការរងគ្រោះពីផ្សែងពុលតាំងពីថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្នុងសមរភូមិដើម្បីការពារបូរណភាពទឹកដីពីសត្រូវឈ្លានពានដែនអធិបតេយ្យភាពជាតិ។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋគ្រប់រូបនិងចងចាំទុកនូវគុណូបការៈដ៏ធំធេងនៃការបាត់បង់នូវវីរកងទ័ពដ៏អង់អាចក្លាហានមួយរូប ដែលមួយជីវិតរបស់លោកវរសេនីយ៍ត្រី បានតស៊ូ លះបង់ និងបូជាជីវិតក្នុងបុព្វហេតុការពារ ជាតិ សាសនា ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ពីការឈ្លានពាន និងវាយប្រហារដណ្តើមទឹកដីកម្ពុជា ដោយខុសច្បាប់ និងអមនុស្សធម៌ពីបច្ចាមិត្ត។ យើងខ្ញុំទាំងអស់គ្នា សូមចូលរួមរំលែកមរណទុក្ខដោយក្តីក្តុកក្តួលនិងអាឡោះអាល័យបំផុត ចំពោះការបាត់បង់វីរកងទ័ពស្នេហាជាតិដ៏ឧត្តុងឧត្តម ដែលបានរួមចំណែក យ៉ាងធំធេងក្នុងការប្រយុទ្ធតស៊ូជាមួយខ្មាំងសៀម ដែលកំពុងធ្វើការឈ្លានពានមកលើដែនអធិបតេយ្យភាពកម្ពុជាយើង។ ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ ថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ H.E. Minister HUOT Hak Pays Tribute to Lieutenant Colonel YEM Loeung, a Heroic Soldier Who Sacrificed His Life in the Defence of Cambodia’s Sovereignty Baray District, Kampong Thom Province: H.E. HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism and Chairman of the Royal Government Working Group for Baray District, Kampong Thom Province, led a delegation to lay a wreath and pay solemn tribute to the late Lieutenant Colonel YEM Loeung, who was stationed in the O’Chuy area, Choam Ksan District, Preah Vihear Province, serving with Brigade No. 9, Battalion 392. Lieutenant Colonel YEM Loeung passed away on 20 September 2026 after suffering the effects of toxic smoke exposure since 8 December 2025 while serving on the battlefield in defence of Cambodia’s territorial integrity and national sovereignty against invading forces. H.E. the Minister and the Cambodian people will always remember with profound gratitude the immense sacrifice and distinguished service of this courageous soldier. Throughout his life, Lieutenant Colonel YEM Loeung demonstrated unwavering courage, dedication and self-sacrifice in the noble cause of defending the Nation, Religion and King, and safeguarding Cambodia’s territorial integrity and sovereignty. We extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to his bereaved family and loved ones on the loss of this patriotic and courageous soldier, whose service and ultimate sacrifice in defending Cambodia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity will be remembered with profound respect and gratitude.
