**UN ambassador draws global attention to fate of displaced Cambodians**
Ke Sovann, Cambodian ambassador and permanent representative to the UN in Geneva, has informed the 63rd Session of the UN Human Rights Council about the plight of the roughly 20,000 Cambodian civilians, including children, who remain unable to return to their homes due to the continuing Thai occupation of Cambodian territory.
