岗位职责包括负责别墅日常运营管理，监督清洁工、安保人员、司机、厨师、保姆及家政人员的工作，并负责人员调度与排班。同时需确保别墅环境整洁、安保到位及设施维护，并直接向别墅业主汇报工作。
应聘者需具备至少5年酒店、别墅或家庭管理经验，能够使用中文或英文进行沟通。
工作时间为每日上午8:00至晚上8:00，每月休息4天。雇主提供食宿，并负责办理签证及工作证。

Job Vacancy: Villa Manager ( 1200$ - 1500$ )
Location: Koh Pich, Phnom Penh
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a hotel, villa, or household.
- Good spoken English or Chinese .
Job Details:
- Benefits: Visa, work permit, food, and accommodation provided.
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00PM
- Days Off: 4 days per month
Responsibilities:
- Supervise household staff and daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, security, and property maintenance.
- Manage staff schedules, drivers, and supplies.
- Report directly to the villa owner.
