岗位职责包括：与各业务部门沟通，识别流程痛点、低效环节及数字化机会；梳理当前与未来流程，将业务问题转化为功能及技术需求；制定解决方案规格说明书，并交付给内部开发团队或外部供应商；协调开发人员与供应商，把控项目范围、进度及交付质量；设计用例与测试案例，组织业务用户进行验收测试；记录并跟进缺陷直至修复及发布确认；每半年对各部门进行评估，制定数字化改进优先级计划；向部门负责人及管理层汇报发现的问题与建议；跟踪实施进度，报告项目成果与效益；支持用户培训、系统推广及交付方案的变更管理。

** Position: Senior IT Digital Transformation Officer**
**Job Responsibilities**
· Engage with business departments to identify process pain points, inefficiencies, and digitization opportunities
· Document current and future-state processes; translate business problems into functional and technical requirements
· Prepare solution specifications and hand off to internal development teams or external vendors
· Coordinate delivery with developers and vendors, tracking scope, timeline, and quality
· Design use cases and test cases; plan and coordinate user acceptance testing with business users
· Log and follow up defects through to resolution and release sign-off
· Conduct semester-based reviews of each department and produce prioritized digitization improvement plans
· Present findings and recommendations to department heads and management
· Track implementation progress and report on outcomes and benefits realized
· Support user training, adoption, and change management for delivered solutions
