**ASEAN Observer Team Inspects Thai-Bombed Bridge in Pursat The ASEAN Observer Team (AOT), led by the Head of Mission (HOM AOT) under the Philippine Chairmanship, conducted an inspection of the Steung Me Teuk Bridge in Thmar Da Commune, Veal Veng District, Pursat Province. According to the Ministry of Defence, the bridge was attacked by Thai Air Force fighter jets on December 13, 2025, resulting in its complete destruction. The Ministry stated that the bridge was a civilian infrastructure facility located dozens of kilometers from the Cambodian–Thai border.
