Hops Craft Beer Garden & Restaurant现正急招数字营销与销售助理，工作地点位于金边隆边区228街17号。该岗位为全职，薪资面议。
岗位职责包括负责短视频内容的策划、拍摄与发布。应聘者需具备使用智能手机制作TikTok、Instagram Reels及Facebook短视频的能力，并能独立完成从创意构思、拍摄计划、实地拍摄到后期剪辑的全流程工作。在内容创作中，需熟练运用AI工具，并掌握短视频的叙事节奏、流行趋势、音乐搭配、文字叠加及行动呼吁（CTA）等技巧。

✨ Digital Marketing & Sales Assistant
● Demonstrated ability to create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook using a smartphone
● Able to manage the full basic production process, including use of AI tools and coming up with content ideas, planning shots, filming, editing and preparing content for publication
● Creative and confident taking photos and short videos using a smartphone
● Basic knowledge of video/photo editing tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar platforms
● Strong understanding of what makes short-form social media content engaging, including hooks, pacing, storytelling, trends, music, text overlays and calls to action
