QOOSI 本轮在金边开放三个岗位，分属进出口行业与建筑行业，薪资均已写明：高级GPS监控专员（Senior GPS Monitoring Officer）月薪 500–800 美元；运输行政（Admin Transportation）月薪 380–420 美元；机电工程师（Mechanical/Electrical Engineer）月薪 600 美元。三个岗位均为全职，其中运输行政与机电工程师属建筑行业方向。
高级GPS监控专员的工作重点是在途监控与异常处理：跟踪进出口货物运输车辆的GPS轨迹，分析GPS数据、AI摄像头记录与运营报表，对偏航、异常停靠等情况跟进处置。硬性门槛是物流、运输管理、供应链、工商管理或信息技术等相关专业本科以上学历，3至5年车队GPS监控、车辆追踪平台、运输调度或物流协调经验，熟悉GPS车队管理系统与监控工具。有客服、调度或运输协调经验者优先。技能方面要求掌握路线优化与运输合规操作，具备较强的数据分析与调查能力，Excel、Word及报表制作熟练。
运输行政岗要求行政管理或相关专业在读本科，1至2年燃油运输行政经验，组织与沟通能力强，人际交往顺畅，会用Word、Excel、PowerPoint。机电工程师要求工程类学位（机械、电气优先），柬语与英语听说读写良好，2至4年服务工程经验，有站点服务经历更对口，具备设备维护知识，会用Excel、Word、PowerPoint与AutoCAD。

🏷 Senior GPS Monitoring Officer
Budget range : $500-$800 , Import , Export industry
- Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in GPS monitoring, fleet operations, logistics coordination, transportation control, or related fields.
• Experience using GPS fleet management systems, vehicle tracking platforms, and monitoring tools.
• Experience in customer service, dispatch operations, or transportation coordination is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in GPS tracking and fleet management systems.
• Knowledge of route optimization and transportation compliance practices.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting skills.
• Ability to analyze GPS data, AI camera records, and operational reports.
🏷 Admin Transportation
Budget range : $380-$420 , Construction industry
- Requirements:
• Studying bachelor degree in administration or related field
• 1 or 2 years’ experience as Fuel Transportation Admin
• Good at organization and communication skills
• Possess good in interpersonal relationship skills
• Demonstrate skills in computer applications including word, excel, and power point.
🏷Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
Budget range : $600 , Construction industry
- Requirements:
• Have Degree in any Engineering discipline preferable mechanical & Electrical Engineering
• Good command of spoken and written khmer and English
• Have at least 2 year to 4 year working experiences in Service Engineering field prefer to service jobs in Station
• Preferably Possess Knowledge Maintenance equipment
• Computer Literacy is essential (Microsoft Excel , word , Power Point & AutoCAD )
