Nestled among the beautiful rice paddies of Siem Reap, our luxury resort is seeking an experienced and passionate **F&B Service Manager** to lead our Food & Beverage service operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences that reflect the unique philosophy and standards of Zannier Hotels.
**Key Responsibilities**
✅ Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage service operations, including restaurants, bars, in-villa dining, private dining, and special events.
✅ Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing service team.
✅ Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized and attentive service.
✅ Maintain luxury service standards and drive continuous operational improvement.
✅ Collaborate closely with Culinary, Rooms Division, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
**What We're Looking For**
✔️ Proven experience in an F&B management role within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end hospitality environment.
✔️ Strong knowledge of restaurants, bars, room service, and event operations.
✔️ Excellent wine knowledge, including pairing and guest engagement.
✔️ Experience leading and developing multicultural teams.
✔️ Strong English communication skills.
✔️ Khmer nationality preferred, or foreign candidates with a proven long-term luxury hospitality background in Cambodia.
