2026年8月28日上午，柬埔寨外交与国际合作部国务秘书梅金恒（Meas Kim Heng）在外交部办公大楼，与白俄罗斯驻柬埔寨大使乌拉基米尔·巴拉维科夫（Uladzimir Baravikou）举行工作会谈。该位白俄罗斯大使常驻地为越南河内。

On the morning of 28 August 2026, **His Excellency MEAS Kim Heng**, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, held a bilateral meeting with **His Excellency Uladzimir Baravikou**, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Kingdom of Cambodia, with residence in Hanoi, at the Ministry.
During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to further strengthen the friendship and cooperation between Cambodia and Belarus, with a focus on promoting high-level exchangeof visits, and expanding cooperation in areas with strong potential for cooperation, including trade and investment, education, technology, people-to-people exchanges, and interparliamentary cooperation.
His Excellency the Secretary of State also briefed the Ambassador on the latest developments concerning the Cambodia-Thailand border situation and reiterated Cambodia’s commitment to resolving the dispute peacefully, in accordance with international law and existing bilateral agreements.
