柬埔寨外交部：泰国在柬埔寨主权领土上的行动不能被视为自卫行为

ក្រសួងការបរទេស៖ សកម្មភាពរបស់ថៃ លើដែនអធិបតេយ្យកម្ពុជា មិនបានទុកថាជាសកម្មភាពការពារខ្លួនទេ "នៅថ្ងៃទី២ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ កងកម្លាំងទ័ពថៃប្រមាណ៧០ នាក់ អមដោយរថពាសដែកចំនួន ២គ្រឿង ត្រូវបានដាក់ពង្រាយនៅច្រកទ្វារអន្តរជាតិអូរស្មាច់ ក្រុងសំរោង ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ នៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដោយពួកគេបានបន្តដាក់ពង្រាយលួសបន្លាបន្ថែម។ នៅថ្ងៃនោះដែរ កងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធថៃ បានដាក់ពង្រាយគ្រឿងចក្រធុនធ្ងន់ ធ្វើសកម្មភាពឈូសឆាយដី នៅជិតបង្គោលព្រំដែនលេខ២ (បច្ចុប្បន្ន) ក្នុងស្រុកអន្លង់វែង ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ។ សកម្មភាពទាំងនេះ មិនអាចចាត់ទុកថាជាសកម្មភាពការពារខ្លួនទេ ហើយក៏មិនអាចចាត់ទុកថា ជាការអនុវត្តតាមសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសសលើកទី៣ របស់គណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ (GBC) ចុះថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នោះឡើយ។ សកម្មភាពទាំងនោះ គឺផ្ទុយយ៉ាងច្បាស់ទៅនឹងវិធានការបន្ថយភាពតានតឹង ដែលបានចែងនៅក្នុងសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួម នាថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ព្រមទាំងកាតព្វកិច្ច និងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់ថៃក្រោមកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនានា ដែលមានស្រាប់រវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាមិនដែលទទួលស្គាល់ ឬទទួលយកនូវខ្សែបន្ទាត់ព្រំដែន ឬការទាមទារដែនដីណាមួយ ដែលថៃបានប្រកាសដោយឯកតោភាគីនោះឡើយ"។ (ដកស្រង់ចេញពីសេចក្តីប្រកាសព័ត៌មានរបស់ក្រសួងការបរទេស នាយប់ថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦) Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Thailand’s Actions on Cambodia’s Sovereignty are not Considered Acts of Self-defense "On April 2, around 70 Thai military personnel, supported by two armoured vehicles, were deployed at the O’Smach International Border Gate, where they allegedly installed additional barbed wire.
