柬埔寨外交部国务秘书与俄罗斯驻柬大使举行双边会谈

នៅថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម មាស គឹមហេង រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ នៃក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយឯកឧត្តម Anatoly BOROVIK ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតរុស្ស៊ីប្រចាំកម្ពុជា នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួង។ នៅក្នុងជំនួបនេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានពិភាក្សាផ្តោតសំខាន់លើការរៀបចំសកម្មភាពផ្សេងៗដើម្បីអបអរសាទរខួបលើកទី៧០ នៃការបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងការទូតរវាងកម្ពុជា-រុស្ស៊ី នៅឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នេះ និងការបន្តពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទ្វេភាគីលើវិស័យនានាដែលផ្តល់ប្រយោជន៍រួម។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានជម្រាបជូនឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត អំពីស្ថានការណ៍នៅតាមព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ និងបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះជំនួយមនុស្សធម៌ ដែលផ្តល់ដោយស្ថានទូតរុស្សីដល់ប្រជាជនភៀសសឹកនៅតាមតំបន់ព្រំដែន។ On 31 March 2026, His Excellency MEAS Kim Heng, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a bilateral meeting with His Excellency Anatoly BOROVIK, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Cambodia at the Ministry. During the meeting, both sides discussed the preparations for the commemoration of the 70th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between Cambodia and Russia in 2026, as well as ways to further strengthen bilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest. His Excellency the Secretary of State also informed the Ambassador of the situation along Cambodia-Thailand border and expressed appreciation for the humanitarian assistance provided by the Russian Embassy to the displaced persons in the border area.
