2026年10月17日，柬埔寨总理洪玛奈在访问哈萨克斯坦期间，与哈萨克斯坦总统卡瑟姆若马尔特·托卡耶夫共同主持了合作备忘录交换仪式。双方共签署7项合作文件，旨在深化两国在多领域的交流与合作。
此次签署的7项合作内容包括：柬埔寨与哈萨克斯坦发表联合声明；柬埔寨内政部与哈萨克斯坦人工智能与数字发展部及“国家信息技术”股份公司签署关于数字政府、政府技术及信息通信技术领域的合作备忘录；柬埔寨邮电部与哈萨克斯坦人工智能与数字发展部签署数字政府合作备忘录；柬埔寨政府与哈萨克斯坦政府签署贸易与经济合作备忘录。
