柬埔寨外交部出席全球人权论坛 强调柬泰边境冲突影响

ឯកឧត្តម កាន់ ផារិទ្ធ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួម«វេទិកាស្តីពីអភិបាលកិច្ចសិទ្ធិមនុស្សសកលឆ្នាំ២០២៦» ពីថ្ងៃទី១១-១២ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីក្រុងប៉េកាំង សាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន។ វេទិកានេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្រោមមូលបទ«ការអភិវឌ្ឍរួមគ្នា សិទ្ធិមនុស្សរួម៖ ខួបលើកទី៤០ ស្តីពីការអនុម័តសេចក្តីប្រកាសស្តីពីសិទ្ធិក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងចក្ខុវិស័យថ្មីសម្រាប់អភិបាលកិច្ចសិទ្ធិមនុស្សសកល» ដែលមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងប្រទេសនានាសរុបជាង៤០០នាក់។​ នៅក្នុងឱកាសអញ្ជើញចូលរួមវេទិកាសកលស្តីពីសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស នៅថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ កាន់ ផារិទ្ធ បានអញ្ជើញថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាដោយផ្តោតលើប្រធានបទស្តីពី “The Human Rights Implications of the Global Governance Initiative” និងបានលើកឡើងអំពីផលប៉ះពាល់ធ្ងន់ធ្ងរនៃជម្លោះព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ និងការមិនអាចវិលត្រឡប់របស់ពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរទៅលំនៅឋានរបស់ពួកគេ ដែលនេះជាការរំលោភសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស និងសិទ្ធិក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍ។ His Excellency Kan Pharidh, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation​, attended the "2026 Forum on Global Human Rights Governance" from 11-12 June 2026 in Beijing, the People's Republic of China. Held under the theme "Joint Development, Shared Human Rights: The 40th Anniversary of the Adoption of the Declaration on the Right to Development and a New Vision for Global Human Rights Governance**", **the forum was attended by more than 400 representatives from various countries. On the occasion of attending this global human rights forum on 12 June 2026, His Excellency Secretary of State Kan Pharidh delivered a speech focusing on the topic **“The Human Rights Implications of the Global Governance Initiative.”** He highlighted the severe impacts of the Cambodia-Thailand border conflict and the inability of affected Cambodian citizens to return to their homes, noting that these situations constitute violations of human rights and the right to development.
