商务部启动木薯国家政策第二阶段 旨在提升出口竞争力

(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី៤ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឯកឧត្ដម រាជ រ៉ា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេស បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១ នៃក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសអន្តរក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន ដើម្បីរៀបចំសេចក្ដីព្រាងគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្ដីពីដំឡូងមី ដំណាក់កាលទី២ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តមអនុប្រធាន ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ សមាជិក សមាជិកានៃក្រុមការងារនេះ ព្រមទាំងសមាជិកនៃក្រុមការងារលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន។ កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១នេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងសំខាន់ៗចំនួន ២ រួមមាន៖ (១) ប្រកាសសមាសភាពប្រធាន អនុប្រធាន សមាជិក និងសមាជិកានៃក្រុមការងារអន្តរក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន និង (២) ពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាលើការត្រៀមរៀបចំសេចក្ដីព្រាងគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្ដីពីដំឡូងមី ដំណាក់កាលទី២។ សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា ក្រោយពីការវាយតម្លៃនៃការអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្ដីពីដំឡូងមីដំណាក់កាលទី១ (២០២០-២០២៥) និងទទួលបានគោលការណ៍អនុញ្ញាតពីរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលឱ្យបន្តរៀបចំគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្ដីពីដំឡូងមី ដំណាក់កាលទី២ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បាននិងកំពុងរៀបចំសេចក្ដីព្រាងគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្ដីពីដំឡូងមី ដំណាក់កាលទី២ ក្នុងគោលបំណងបន្តការលើកកម្ពស់ផលិតភាព ការកែច្នៃ និងការបើកច្រកទីផ្សារថ្មីៗបន្ថែម ព្រមទាំងដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងទាញយកសក្ដានុពលថ្មីៗបន្ថែមទៀត ស្របតាមបរិបទសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ។ --- (Phnom Penh): On the morning of Tuesday, 4 August 2026, at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency REACH Ra, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce and Chair of the Inter-Ministerial Technical Working Group, presided over the 1st Meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Technical Working Group for the preparation of the Draft National Cassava Policy Phase II. The meeting was attended by Their Excellencies the Deputy Chairs, members of the Working Group, as well as the members of the Secretariat Working Group. The first meeting was convened with two main objectives: 1) To officially announce the composition of the members of the Inter-Ministerial Technical Working Group; and 2) To review, discuss, and provide comments on the preparations for drafting the National Cassava Policy Phase II. Following the assessment of the implementation of the National Cassava Policy Phase I (2020–2025) and the Royal Government's approval in principle to proceed with the development of Phase II, the Ministry of Commerce has been preparing the Draft National Cassava Policy Phase II.
