✨ **Financial Reporting:** Drive precision by preparing accurate monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) tailored to optimize restaurant operations.
✨ **Payables & Receivables Optimization:** Orchestrate supplier payments, track accounts receivable (corporate/event bookings), and manage vendor relationships for seamless cash flow.
✨ **Internal Audit & Inventory Excellence:** Lead regular audits on store inventory, waste logs, and cash float/petty cash registers to ensure operational integrity.
✨ **Strategic Advisory:** Collaborate directly with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure full compliance and regulatory alignment.
✨ **Tax Knowledge:** Deep expertise in tax frameworks is highly valued for this strategic role.
⏰**Working Shift :** Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
