HRFirst现受委托为金边钻石岛一家快速消费品（FMCG）公司招聘销售及市场情报主管。该公司主要经营调味品、酱料及罐头食品业务。
岗位职责包括负责销售渠道管理及市场情报收集与分析。应聘者需具备3至5年柬埔寨快速消费品行业销售经验，其中至少1至2年担任主管职务。要求熟悉一般贸易渠道，即批发商及零售商业务，若具备现代贸易（MT）及酒店餐饮（HoReCa）渠道经验者优先。

**Requirements:**
🔸 **3–5 years** of FMCG field sales experience in Cambodia (at least 1–2 years in a Supervisory role)
🔸 Strong hands-on experience in **General Trade (Wholesalers/Retail)**; exposure to MT & HoReCa is a major advantage
🔸 Background in seasonings, cooking ingredients, or canned food categories preferred
🔸 Strong analytical ability (market research data verification) & proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint
🔸 Excellent communication skills in Khmer and good spoken/written English
