Dr. Taing Nguonly, Executive Director of TSC, led colleagues to participate in the "Training on the Law on Secured Transactions and the Use of the Secured Transactions Filing Office System (SETFO)," which was presided over by H.E. Buon Sarakmony, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce. 🔹 During the occasion, Mr. Tum Serey Vathana, Senior Software Developer of TSC, served as a trainer to demonstrate and conduct a hands-on practice session on the system utilization and its key functionalities within the SETFO Version 2.0 (SETFO 2.0) to a total of 125 participants from over 50 institutions, mostly consisting of legal-sector professionals from law firms and notary publics, as well as representatives from other institutions such as the young entrepreneurs, banking, and financial institutions. 📌 It should be noted that this is the second training session, organized mainly for law-related professionals, including lawyers and notaries, while the first session was primarily attended by representatives from the banking sector. 📌 The SETFO 2.0 was officially launched in March 2025 following a comprehensive architecture reorganization through a collaboration between the Ministry of Commerce and TSC, aiming to provide a modern, user-friendly, efficient, and transparent mechanism for filing notices of secured transactions. 🔵 Official social media channels: https://bit.ly/TSC_Social_Media
