商务部参与GMS-2030中期评估 推动区域经济合作

(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី៣១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ប៉ែន សុវិជាតិ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងវិនិយោគ (WGTI) សម្រាប់កម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់លើសេចក្តីព្រាងរបាយការណ៍វាយតម្លៃពាក់កណ្តាលអាណត្តិនៃការអនុវត្តក្របខ័ណ្ឌយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រកម្មវិធីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចមហាអនុតំបន់មេគង្គ ឆ្នាំ២០៣០ (GMS-2030 MTR)។ កិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់នេះ រៀបចំឡើងដោយមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ព្រមទាំងក្រុមអ្នកជំនាញអន្តរជាតិរបស់ធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាស៊ី (ADB) ក្នុងគោលបំណងពិនិត្យលើរបាយការណ៍សិក្សាអំពីលទ្ធផលនៃការអនុវត្តក្របខ័ណ្ឌ GMS រួមទាំងរបាយការណ៍វាយតម្លៃពាក់កណ្តាលអាណត្តិនៃ GMS-2030 និងពិភាក្សាលើសកម្មភាពអាទិភាពនានា ដើម្បីចូលរួមក្នុងការកំណត់ផែនការសកម្មភាព ឆ្ពោះទៅរកការពង្រឹងការអនុវត្ត GMS-2030 ជាពិសេសចាប់ពីឆ្នាំ២០២៧-២០៣០។ នៅក្នុងមតិអន្តរាគមន៍ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានគូសបញ្ជាក់អំពីសារសំខាន់នៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ GMS ជាពិសេសលើវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងវិនិយោគ ដែលមកទល់ពេលនេះ ក្រុមការងារបាននិងកំពុងប្រឹងប្រែងលើកកម្ពស់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនេះ តាមរយៈការតភ្ជាប់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មឌីជីថល ការពង្រឹងភាពធន់នៃខ្សែច្រវាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់តំបន់ និងការរៀបចំការទទួលស្គាល់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកលើវិធានការអនាម័យ និងភូតគាមអនាម័យនៃផលិតផលកសិកម្ម។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមក៏បានស្នើឱ្យក្រុមការងារ ADB ពិចារណាកែសម្រួលរបាយការណ៍ឡើងវិញ មុននឹងដាក់ជូនកិច្ចប្រជុំឧត្តមមន្ត្រី ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងអនុម័ត។ --- (Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of Monday, 31 August 2026, His Excellency PENN Sovicheat, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce and Lead of the Working Group on Trade and Investment (WGTI) for Cambodia, participated in the consultation on the draft Mid-Term Review Report of the Greater Mekong Subregion Economic Cooperation Program Strategic Framework 2030 (GMS-2030 MTR). This consultation was organized with the participation of representatives from relevant line ministries and institutions, as well as a team of international experts from the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The meeting aimed to review the study report on the implementation results of the GMS Framework, including the GMS-2030 Mid-Term Review, and to discuss priority actions to help define an action plan toward strengthening the implementation of GMS-2030, particularly for 2027–2030. In his intervention, His Excellency Secretary of State highlighted the importance of GMS cooperation, particularly in trade and investment. He noted that the working group has been actively striving to enhance this cooperation through digital trade connectivity, strengthening the resilience of regional supply chains, and establishing mutual recognition of sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) measures for agricultural products.
