The agreement was formalized during a signing ceremony at the Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra Hotel on June 14, attended by senior government officials and corporate executives, including His Excellency H.E. Sou Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director-General of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC). The partnership brings together ZO Motors’ ambitions in electric mobility with Banjaran Asset Management’s expertise in regulated investment products under Cambodia’s Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) framework.
