**Russia-bound Cambodian students urged to share Kingdom’s stance on border dispute, scams**
Forty Cambodian scholarship students who are preparing to study in Russia have been encouraged to serve as goodwill ambassadors of the Kingdom, during an August 25 visit to the Office of the Council of Ministers.
