*Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years of food production experience with strong leadership skills.
- Experience managing production volumes of more than 10,000 packages.
- Lead, train and supervise a team of 30+ production staff.
- Ensure product quality, food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Monitor production, inventory, raw materials and costs to reduce waste.
- Develop and improve food products, production processes and team performance.
- Proficiency in Khmer and English is preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
