The latest construction milestones were reviewed during a comprehensive field assessment on May 16, 2026, led by Mr. Thang Vyda, the Director of the Engineering Department at the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, who underscored the project’s strategic role in ensuring rural climate resilience.
