Required Experience
• 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics operations.
• Strong experience in import and export operations.
• Experience with booking space management and shipping lines/airlines.
• Strong understanding of freight costs and shipment profitability.
• Experience using freight forwarding/ERP systems to control shipment data and GP.
• Experience managing an Operations team.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.
