[ENGLISH BELOW] បិទបញ្ចប់សិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ថ្នាក់ជាតិ (ថ្ងៃទី២) នៅថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វិទ្យាស្ថាន CDRI និង Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA) បានបញ្ចប់សិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ថ្នាក់ជាតិ ស្ដីពីការធ្វើសមាហរណកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៃប្រជាជនចំណូលស្រុក និងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ខេត្តជាប់ព្រំដែនក្រោយជម្លោះ។ សុន្ទរកថាបិទកម្មវិធីត្រូវបានថ្លែងដោយលោក Jeremy Gross នាយកផ្នែកកិច្ចការមេគង្គ និងការកសាងសមត្ថភាព វិទ្យាស្ថាន ERIA និងឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ចន ណារិទ្ធ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងជាអគ្គលេខាធិការ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាជាតិគាំពារសង្គម ដែលបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់អំពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការជំរុញការធ្វើសមាហរណកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៃប្រជាជនចំណូលស្រុក និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៅខេត្តជាប់ព្រំដែនក្នុងរយៈពេលវែង។ ការពិភាក្សាបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីទិសដៅគោលនយោបាយស្នូលគន្លឹះៗរួមមាន៖ (i) ការបង្កើនល្បឿននៃការស្រូបយកកម្លាំងពលកម្ម និងការផ្គូរផ្គងជំនាញសម្រាប់ប្រជាជន (ii) ការគិតគូអំពីសក្តានុពលនៃខេត្តជាប់ព្រំដែនក្នុងការរួមចំណែកដល់ការធ្វើពិពិធកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងការអភវិឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយភាពធន់នៅក្នុងរយៈពេលវែង និង (iii) ការពង្រឹងការសម្របសម្រួលស្ថាប័ន ប្រព័ន្ធទិន្នន័យ និងការវិនិយោគ។ វិទ្យាស្ថាន CDRI និង ERIA នឹងបញ្ចូលលទ្ធផលទាំងនេះទៅក្នុងរបាយការណ៍ស្រាវជ្រាវគោលនយោបាយ ដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់ការធ្វើគោលនយោបាយដែលមានមូលដ្ឋានលើភស្តុតាង និងភាពជាដៃគូប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាពក្នុងចំណោមអ្នកបង្កើតគោលនយោបាយ ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ តំណាងវិស័យឯកជន និងដៃគូពាក់ព័ន្ធ៕ 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫-𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐) On 11 February 2026, CDRI and ERIA successfully concluded the two-day National Consultation on Economic Reintegration of Returnees and Border-Province Development Strategies in the Post-Conflict Period. The Closing Session was delivered by Mr Jeremy Gross, Director of Mekong Affairs and Capacity Building, Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA), and H.E. Dr. Chan Narith, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Secretary-General of the National Social Protection Council, who reaffirmed the government’s commitment to advancing structured economic reintegration and long-term border economic transformation. The consultation reaffirmed a strategic shift from crisis response toward structured economic reintegration and long-term border economic transformation. Discussions highlighted the core policy directions: (i) accelerating labour absorption and skills matching for returnees; (ii) repositioning border provinces as productive economic corridors; and (iii) strengthening institutional coordination, data systems, and investment sequencing. CDRI and ERIA will consolidate these outcomes into the Policy Research Reports to support evidence-based policymaking and sustained partnership among policymakers, development partners, private-sector representatives and relevant stakeholders.
