EuroCham将于10月27日至28日在金边举办为期两天的HR管理培训。课程时间为每天上午8:30至下午5:00。
本次培训旨在提升管理者的领导力与执行力，核心内容包括：控制员工流失率、优化工作流程并消除瓶颈、从基础监督转型为建立信任与责任感的领导模式，以及执行从目标设定到绩效评估的全周期绩效管理。
