Mr. TITH Seychanly, Director General of the Directorate-General of Trade Policy and Promotion, and Mr. Julien Bert, Vice President of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Cambodia (CCIFC), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly organize the 3rd Cambodia-France Business Forum, scheduled to be held on 16–17 November 2026 in Phnom Penh.
