国际客户现急招招聘经理一名，工作地点位于金边，月薪最高可达2000美元。
岗位职责包括负责端到端的招聘流程，确保招聘质量并提升客户满意度。同时，需负责团队成员或合作伙伴的招聘流程及最佳实践培训，并与客户、候选人及内部团队进行高效沟通。
应聘者需具备以下条件：拥有招聘与录用相关经验，熟悉国际化岗位的招聘流程；熟练使用招聘管理系统及办公软件；具备良好的时间管理与组织能力，能够适应金边本地坐班工作。学历方面，人力资源、商业、管理或相关专业本科及以上学历者优先。
语言要求方面，需具备流利的英语沟通能力，若掌握柬语或其他语言者优先考虑。此外，具备国际招聘或人力资源管理经验者将更具优势。

1- Recruitment Manager up to 2.0k
-Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting, including end-to-end recruitment processes for international roles.
-Excellent Communication abilities for coordinating with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
-Experience maintaining Service Quality, with a focus on client satisfaction and process reliability.
-Capability in Training team members or partners on recruitment procedures and best practices.
-Prior experience in international recruitment or HR management is beneficial.
-Ability to work on-site in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with strong time management and organizational skills.
-Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and standard office software.
- MBA/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
-Fluency in English; knowledge of Khmer or other languages is an advantage.
