Someone who enjoys daily operations, takes responsibility, and constantly looks for improvements. ⸻ **What you’ll do** • Manage daily operations: schedules, bookings, service quality, cleanliness, and stock. • Lead, train, and motivate the team. • Make every customer feel welcome and resolve complaints calmly. • Help the team grow sales through suitable recommendations and repeat visits. • Turn targets into clear tasks, track results, and make improvements.
