岗位职责包括：监控日常运营成本并识别异常差异；审查各项支出以确保符合公司政策及预算；协助准备成本分析报告及管理建议；支持预算监控与成本节约计划；执行定期库存盘点及核对；监控库存流动并调查差异；核实库存接收、调拨、消耗及核销情况；确保库存记录准确并及时更新；编制成本控制与库存报告；维护审计所需文档，并配合内部及外部审计工作。
应聘要求：持有会计、金融、工商管理、经济学、供应链管理或相关专业学士学位；具备零售、商场、酒店、餐饮、建筑或物业管理行业经验者优先；具备基础财务知识，能够协助管理预算、分析支出及准备报告；能够进行实地库存盘点与现场检查；工作时间为早8点至晚6点，需配合库存审计工作灵活调整时间。

Dear our potential candidates,
We are looking for **Assistant Supervisor, Cost Control** (Male is preferrable)
**
Duties:**
- Monitor daily operational costs and identify unusual variances.
- Review expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and approved budgets.
- Assist in preparing cost analysis reports and recommendations for management.
- Support budget monitoring and cost-saving initiatives.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock reconciliations.
- Monitor inventory movement and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Verify stock receiving, transfers, consumption, and write-offs.
- Ensure inventory records are accurate and updated in the system.
- Prepare cost control reports, inventory reports, and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Experience in Retail, Shopping Mall, Hospitality, F&B, Construction, or Property Management is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of finance to assist in managing budgets, analyzing expenses, and preparing reports
- Willingness to conduct physical stock counts and site inspections.
- Flexible to work outside normal business hours during inventory audits when required.
