2026年4月30日下午，柬埔寨外交与国际合作部国务秘书棉金兴（Meas Kim Heng）与俄罗斯驻柬埔寨大使阿纳托利·博罗维克（Anatoly Borovik）在金边共同出席了一场友谊足球赛。此次活动旨在纪念柬埔寨与俄罗斯建交70周年。

On the afternoon of 30 April 2026, His Excellency MEAS Kim Heng, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia and His Excellency Anatoly Borovik, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Cambodia, presided over a friendly football match between the Ministry and the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Phnom Penh, to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Russian Federation.
His Excellency the Secretary of State and His Excellency the Ambassador delivered brief welcome remarks highlighting the long-standing friendship and good cooperation between the two countries, built upon mutual respect and trust, and a shared commitment to peace, stability, and prosperity. Both sides welcomed the significant progress in their cooperation over the past 7 decades, including high-level exchanges of visits, cooperation in education, economy, tourism, and people-to-people exchanges, and mutual support in multilateral and international frameworks.
